How can I raise temperature on the cool side for a 10 gallon?

The warm side is just right, but the cool side is a little low. It is high 70's, but it needs to be more in the low 80's. I have the heat pad on the warm side, and the basking lamp on the cool side. How can I help raise the temperature?|||A tank heater would be good, but a cool side would be just great|||whats your animal, if it is a bearded dragon that is actually perfect for the cool side, temperature variation in a ten gallon is actually very hard given how small the space is.|||That query needs allot more information to be addressed properly. What kind of sub-strait are you using? is it all lamps or heating pads as well? What kind of reptile are you keeping and what size is it? Do you have any water bowls or cover in the tank?
