How much will a cool mist (impeller or ultrasonic) humidifier cool my room in the winter?

My room is at 71-73掳 and 20-24% relative humidity. I'm curious how much the temperature will drop if I run a cool mist humidifier.|||A humidifier will make your room feel warmer. I keep my humidity around 45% in the winter. 24% humidity is quite low for comfort. In the summer the air conditioner will remove humidity to help keep you cool.
