Money is no object in this question.|||I am guessing that you are looking for accoutrement's rather than focused functionality.
I have a suggestion for a couple of things that look cool and also provide beneficial functionality.
A white noise generator is great, it allows you to focus better by reducing all the other noises.
A waterfall type thing is great as it adds white noise equivalents to the room and also provides the beneficial ambiance, humidity and feng shui!
A filter/ionizer is great as it provides particulate filtration, there are lots given the movement of paper, laser printers, copiers etc etc and the ionizer freshens the air not to mention getting rid of oppressive colognes and perfumes!
Now if you want a cool mobile tool run out and get the iphone!
Plants in the office also are great to bring life into the drab industrial environment.
