What is the fastest way to cool chicken?

Yes I mean cool and not cook. I am making salad with it and want it to be cold but I just took it out of the oven. Can I put the plate with no cover in the fridge?|||Best to take it apart (use a knife and a fork if it is too hot) and remove the bones (they retain a lot of heat) and put it on a cooling rack on the kitchen counter





At room temperature it will cool down inside of 30 minutes which is perfectly safe|||no, its better to cover it with Saran wrap and then store it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.|||Did you know that chuck norris once gave a cooked chicken mouth to mouth and came back to life?|||Er, um... liquid nitrogen??
