How do you keep cool while sitting in an armchair?

I sit in my arm chair and I get hot pretty fast, how do you keep cool other than have a fan blasting at you which is what I do but my back is still very hot.|||Wear loose, airy clothing. Or try a cooling pad.|||Putting some ice in front of the fan will make it cooler. A hot water bottle with some real cool water in it will help.|||Trade your armchair for a refridgerator.
