Can anyone recommend a cool but inexpensive place to have a 16th birthday party in Chicago suburbs?

One of my daughter's friends if having a party at a club where it is $200 per hour just for the room! I would like to find somewhere cool but inexpensive to have her party, if I can find one. My house is too small and her b-day is in the winter, so I can't have it at home. I am just outside of Chicago so Northwest suburb area would be good.
