How do I get my cool start car starter locks work on the keychain?

I have a cool start car starter. The car starter works but the locks and the trunk do not work when the buttons are pressed on the key pad.The key code on the back is CHX433TY|||change the batteries?

if it doesnt work dont use it.|||Best GUESS, you never connected the remote started to the lock/trunk circuits. The code on the back of the remote is WORTHLESS. You need to obtain an installation manual for the starter and check the wiring.
