What's a cool way to decorate your friends bottom locker for their birthday?

Last year I had a top locker and my best friend put balloons in it that stuck out of the top to the ceiling, this year I wanted to do something cool for them but they have a bottom locker.So obviously, I can't use the balloon idea. I want something cool and creative. If you have any good idea's it'd help a lot! Thanks!|||i think you should get her locker combo open it and put a decoration paper and tape it from the inside and put some string on the locker's handle. and put a nice bow =D|||Get some silly string and write a message or use double sided sticky tape and collage the door in photo's/pictures.
